Instructor Agreement

Effective Date: 1 July 2025

This Instructor Agreement (“Agreement”) outlines the terms and conditions between Lichem Academy (“we”, “our”, or “the Platform”) and you, the Instructor (“you” or “Instructor”), regarding the creation and distribution of courses on our platform.

By submitting content to Lichem Academy, you agree to be bound by the following terms:

1. Eligibility & Verification

To become an Instructor on Lichem Academy, you must:

Be at least 18 years old
Submit identity verification data that matches your official ID (e.g., KTP)
Agree to our Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, and this Instructor Agreement

We reserve the right to reject applications that fail to meet these requirements.

2. Content Ownership & Rights

You retain full intellectual property rights over your course content.
By uploading, you grant Lichem Academy a non-exclusive, worldwide license to use, display, and distribute your content on the platform.
Your content must be exclusive to Lichem Academy and cannot be published elsewhere online or offline without written consent.

3. Revenue Share

You will receive 90% of the net revenue from course sales (after transaction fees and taxes).
Lichem Academy will retain 10% to cover operational and platform maintenance costs.
We may deduct withholding tax or payment processing fees as required by law or our payment partners.

4. Content Restrictions

You agree not to upload content that contains:

Pornographic, adult, or sexually explicit material
Political or religious propaganda
Hate speech, discriminatory content, or content inciting violence
Plagiarized or copyright-infringing material

We reserve the right to reject or remove content that violates these terms.

5. Content Review & Moderation

All courses are subject to manual review before publication.
If your content violates our policies, we will request revision.
If you fail to fix issues after notice, we reserve the right to remove the course and suspend your account.

6. No Promotional Tools Provided

At this time, Lichem Academy does not provide promotional or marketing tools. Instructors are encouraged to promote their courses independently.

7. Course Access & Student Rights

All course purchases grant users lifetime access unless otherwise stated.
You may not remove courses or restrict student access after purchase.

8. Termination & Account Deactivation

We reserve the right to terminate this Agreement and deactivate your instructor account if:

You repeatedly violate our content policies
You attempt to defraud or mislead students
You fail to comply with any part of this Agreement

Upon termination, we may retain a copy of your content for legal and record-keeping purposes.

9. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of Indonesia. Any disputes will be settled in the jurisdiction where Lichem Academy is registered.
